Recording outgoing calls
1. Click on the red record button and approve the call to the app's phone
2. Click on add call, select the phone you need to record and click on his/her phone number to make the call.
4. When the call is answered click on Merge Calls.
If you can't do it then most probably your phone or mobile plan do not support conference calls and you need to contact your mobile carrier to add this feature.
